Under the umbrella of the Royal Horticultural Society of Perthshire there are three groups. In addition to the main body formed in 1806 there is a floral art group and a junior section called Flower Power.

This is for all adults over 18 years. Membership of this group is £5 annually with the membership period from 1st January to 31st December of each calendar year. Membership is not restricted to just those who live in Perth or Perthshire. It entitles free entry for exhibits at either of the two annual shows. (However there is one category of classes in the shows called Perthshire Citizens Classes which is for residents of Perthshire only.) There is a programme of approximately six talks, workshops and visits organised throughout the summer months for which an additional charge may apply. Membership forms are located at Be A Member

Floral Art Group
This group was formed in the 1950’s and is open to all interested in floral designs. It is a series of demonstrations of flower arranging taking place on the third Tuesday in the month on eight evenings from September through to May. Annual membership of this group is £35 with the membership period from 1st January to 31st December of each calendar year. Visitors are welcome at individual meetings at a cost of £5 per evening.

The junior section of the society is called Flower Power and has been running for fifteen years . It is open to young people between the ages of 7 years and 18 years. It meets on selected Saturday mornings in Perth throughout the year. Membership cost is £10 annually with a £3 charge to cover materials used at for each workshop attendance.
