Members were delighted to receive expert pruning guidance from Paul at Kincarrathie House Walled Garden on Thursday. Paul has worked in one of the top UK rose nurseries so easily showed us how to prune young and old rose bushes as well as how to renovate mature bushes. There was demonstrations of pruning climbers and ramblers before we had the opportunity to get our secateurs snipping away.
Thanks Paul for the tea and biscuits too, a welcome finish to the afternoon.
